About Ted Knight

Ted is a Florida native born in Lake City Florida, raised in Tallahassee Florida. Attended High School and Florida State University there. He is married to Debi Knight of Panama City Beach Fla. 

He has been a real estate agent since 1979 working strictly in the sale of land. He has worked extensively as a real estate broker licensed in Florida, Ga., Alabama, throughout the area, at different times. He has been involved in all phases of real estate transactions on both the buying and selling side. His sales record is extensive and he would like to put this experience to work for you. You will be dealing directly with him, he handles all his transactions.

Ted can answer questions like, what is the correct purchase or selling price. Do I need an updated survey, timber cruise, soil analysis? What is the current or best use for the property, you are buying or selling?
